The Agreement That Keeps Us Together

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “learner”) and DUS SKILLS (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of our website, courses, and related services.

By accessing the website, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Course Guidelines.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate information when enrolling and to keep any account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the courses you enrol in for your own learning.
• Course access is for individuals. Sharing login details, reselling access, or sub-licensing content is prohibited.
• We may update course content, schedules, and trainers to keep the curriculum current.

• Course fees are displayed at the point of purchase and are quoted in the applicable currency.
• Payment must be received before course access is granted unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds, where offered, follow the policy stated at checkout or on the course page at the time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by your payment provider.

Some lessons are offered as free previews through our playlist section, including videos embedded from YouTube. Free previews are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not grant access to the full course, assessments, or certificates.

• When you submit a testimonial, review, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it on the website. We only publish testimonials after you have submitted them for that purpose.
• You confirm that any content you submit is accurate, original to you, and does not infringe the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms without notice.

• All website content, course material, branding, logos, and designs are the property of DUS SKILLS or its trainers and licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Third-party content (such as embedded videos) remains the property of its respective owners.

• Certificates are issued when you complete the requirements of a course, as defined by the trainer.
• A certificate confirms completion of the course only and is not a formal qualification, degree, or employment guarantee.
• We may verify certificate requests and decline awards if a course was completed in breach of these Terms.

Our website may embed content from third-party platforms such as YouTube. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

• Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, results, jobs, clients, or earnings from completing a course.
• While we aim to keep the platform available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUS SKILLS and its trainers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold DUS SKILLS harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the platform or other learners.
• Upon termination, your right to access the courses ceases, but sections of these Terms that by nature should survive — such as indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DUS SKILLS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, where possible, amicable resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
